Who we are
Trust Circle Enterprise, LLC is a small, owner-run buying company — not a call center and not a national franchise. Most of what we buy is unglamorous: a quarter-acre lot in Lehigh Acres whose owner lives three states away, a Cape Coral parcel with two years of back taxes, a Georgia house that needs a roof and a cleanout before it could ever be listed. We pay cash, we buy as-is, and closing runs through a local title company. Our commitment is to integrity, efficiency, and transparency: we’d rather show you the math behind an offer and lose the deal than win it with a number we couldn’t explain.
